Humidification in Paint and Surface Preparation

It is more hygienic and more efficient for producers to humidify the fresh air taken into the cabin and conditioned by the air handling unit instead of direct humidification inside the paint cabin at spray paint cabins. In addition, especially to reduce the effect of static electricity occurring during the sand blasting surface treatment on the vehicle body before the painting, humidity over 55% is required. This level of air humidity changes the electrical charge of sand and ensures that the sand and the car surface have the same electrical charge. This causes the sand to be pushed away instead of being pulled to the car body
